What is vegan

The Plan vegan transition coaching is a service available to help guide you from your current potentially ill food choices, to a heathy plant-based diet. My years of experience and personal trial and errors can help you achieve this goal.

Years ago when I first became interested in living a plant-based lifestyle, I had no clue who to turn to. Veganism had a pretty bad reputation and it wasn't seen in the main stream media at all. My family thought I was going nuts for not eating meat. It wasn't until I went to live in a raw vegan plant-based community that I was able to immerse myself with like minded people and learn.

These days, I do see veganism being much more advertised in the main stream media, it's not that uncommon for people to know someone who is vegan. Also the whole juice bar scene is becoming very popular and trendy. I am also noticing many more professional athletes adapting to a plant-based diet.

I think it is so awesome that more and more people are becoming intrigued about switching to a plant-based diet. However, the one thing I hear over and over again is people saying  "I wouldn't mind going vegan, but I just don't know what to eat? I'm scared I won't get enough protein, will I get a enough nutrients just from eating fruit and vegetables? " I know exactly what they mean, because I have been in that very same position myself. And so, for this reason, I love to offer my services to those who want to learn but don't know where to start. Over the years I have tried so many kinds of 'vegan diets'. I've learnt there are no hard and fast rules to transitioning to a plant-based diet. Everybody I know who is vegan has a different story and a different reason for their change in food choices. Some people are sick and have heard of the potential healing benefits of plants. Some people become aware that killing animals is not loving and so stop eating meat for that reason. I personally started to experiment with my food choices because I wanted to feel and look healthier, it was only later that I developed compassion for the animals and the Earth.

If you are that person who wishes to transition to a plant-based diet and like many others don't know where to start, then I'd love to help and guide you if I can.
