Vegan Dessert Recipes

Chocolate whip (basic)

1/2 x Ripe avocado

2x Ripe bananas

2x tbsp of coconut butter

4x Medjool dates

2x generous tbsp of cacao powder

Coconut water

makes 2 servings

Method:

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and thick. Add coconut water slowly as to not make the mixture too runny. The texture should be thick like mousse. Pour into small glasses and place in fridge until set.

 

Garnish: with a sprinkle of hulled hemp seeds and 3 blueberries & mint sprig

Chocolate Peanut whip 

1/2 x Ripe avocado

2x Ripe bananas

2x tbsp of coconut butter

1x tbsp of peanut butter

4x Medjool dates

2x generous tbsp of cacao powder

Coconut water

makes 2 servings

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and thick. Add coconut water slowly as to not make the mixture too runny. The texture should be thick like mousse. Pour into small glasses and place in fridge until set.
