Perry's go to salad (super quick)

1 handful mixed leaf lettuce

1 handful of alfalfa sprouts

1 handful of mixed bean sprouts

1 tbsp of of sauerkraut

1/2 of ripe sliced avocado

6x chopped sundried tomatos

1x thinly sliced celery stick

1x tbsp of hummus

1x tbsp of hemp seed

Pinch of himalayan salt 

Pinch of cracked black pepper

tsp of olive oil

Additional 'add on's' to this salad for variety. Mix and match as you wish

Half grated beetroot

2 grated carrots

Handful of chopped walnuts

Handful pinenuts

Handful of sunflower seeds

Handful of Pumpkin seeds


Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and serve chilled
