Juice recipes

All juice recipes are prepared the same and all yield about 1 pint/ 20 oz / 500 to 600 ml.  This may vary due to different vegetables.

 

Place all ingredients Ideally through a 'slow juicer' for more yield and higher quality nutrients. If you only have a 'high speed juicer' then when pushing leafy greens down the funnel, make sure to sandwich them between hard vegetables or fruit. To serve all juices cold, pour over ice or chill them in the fridge. Also Juices can be cold if produce is cold before use
