SAMPLE FAST & FEAST PLAN

Your plan will be tailor made to suit your needs, desires and requirements. The recipes below are to give you an idea, and help create an image of what you can typically expect to be drinking or your juice fast (of course variations can be made). You will notice I have also included larger quantities of juice to be consumed for those who wish to 'juice feast'. When juice feasting there is less fatigue due to the amount of juice consumed and therefore one can easily still go to work and live your normal lifestyle (depending your work and activities)

EXAMPLE #1 The clean green
 
Juice to make 1 litre
3x whole cucumber
8x sticks of celery
1x juice of one whole lemon
1x 1/2 inch fresh ginger
16x Tuscan Kale leaves (or 2x handfuls of Spinach)
1x handful of green herbs (parsley/coriander)
          
 

* For juice 'fasting' you would drink four pints (80 oz) a day

* For juice 'feasting' you would drink four litres (140 oz) a day

Example #2 The sweet green
Juice to make 1 litre
2x whole cucumber
8x sticks of celery
1x juice of one whole lemon
1x 1/2 inch fresh ginger
16x Tuscan Kale leaves (or Spinach or both)
1x handful of green herbs (parsley/coriander)
4x green apples
 

* For juice 'fasting' you would drink four pints (80 oz) a day

* For juice 'feasting' you would drink four litres (140 oz) a day

EXAMPLE #3 Sweet root
Juice to make 1 litre
2x Cucumber
4x Celery
3x Green apple
2x Beetroot (fresh)
8x Carrots
1/2 x juice of fresh lemon
 
 
 

* For juice 'fasting' you would drink four pints (80 oz) a day

* For juice 'feasting' you would drink four litres (140 oz) a day

*Typically wouldn't solely just drink the sweet root everyday all day. Normally 70% of green vegetables should be  consumed day to day.

08:00 -500ml of juice

10:00 -500ml of juice

12:00 -750ml of juice

14:00 -750ml of juice

16:00 -500ml of juice

18:00 -500ml of juice

20:00 -500ml of juice

Typical Daily Juicing Times

Juicing tips: 

  • You can juice all your juice in the morning and store it in the fridge for the whole day. It takes time more in the morning but saves you time through out the day. 

  • 70% of your juice intake through out the day would preferably be 'Green juices'. For more recipes click here

  • Drink at least 2 litres of water a day on your cleanse

  • You can drink glasses of coconut water when ever you want through out the day to increase electrolytes

  • When you feel hungry drink water or if its meal time a drink a juice

  • Drink a fresh lemon & ginger tea in the morning to help and refresh your digestion
